Terms and Conditions
Vehicle Sizes
There is no minimum or maximum size, but if the vehicle is larger
then 1 normal car park space then please book the amount of spaces
to safely store your vehicle.
VAT Charges
Booking prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.
Amendments
Amendments are FREE. Please contact us in the usual ways to change
your booking.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled the day before departure will be charged £10.
Bookings cancelled on the day of travel or after will be charged
at the full cost. No refund is available for unused part stays.
Extra Charges
Failure to return on the day that was booked for return will be
charged at £6.00 per day until you return for your vehicle.
Transfers to & from the airport
Are included in the price of your booking with Alpha Car Storage
Ltd.
Vehicle Keys and immobilizers
For the storage of your vehicle you must be prepared to leave your
car keys and immobilizers, all other keys including house keys/office
keys MUST be removed before handing in your key. In the event of
alarm malfunction or flat battery Alpha Car Storage accept no responsibility
for radio coding or other electrical malfunctions.
Security of Alpha Car Storage Ltd
24hour manned, High security fences enclose the storage area and
it is well lit at night with 24 hours digital CCTV Systems.
Extra Charges

Valuables
Customers must leave no items in their vehicles, as Alpha Car Storage
will not accept liability for their loss.
Further Terms and Conditions
Delivery, Collection and Storage of all Vehicles are subject to
ALPHA CAR STORAGE LTD Terms and Conditions as set out as below.
Alpha Car Storage Ltd and its employees will not be held responsible
for any loss or damage to the vehicle and its contents, all vehicles
are stored at the owner's risk.
Storage is and will be provided by only Alpha Car Storage Ltd for
the booked period by the customer, unless due to reasons beyond
our control.
Alpha Car Storage Ltd and its employees have no authority to change,
extend or cancel any of the Terms and Conditions.
Alpha Car Storage Ltd and its employees do not accept responsibility
or liability for the following:
- Windscreen or any Glass damage
- Flat Tyres
- Mechanical or Electrical faults or failures
- Failure to leave all keys/alarms that operate the vehicle.
