    What happens when the Customer completes an online booking request?
  • The Customer receives an immediate email confirming we have received their request
  • Having checked car parking availability and processed the payment, an email is sent back to the customer confirming the booking

    1. What should the Customer bring to the car parking?
  • A copy of the confirmation email AND the credit / debit card against which payment was made

    1. What happens when a Customer checks in?
  • We check your vehicle(s) for damage
  • We take digital photos of the vehicle(s)
  • We ask you to sign a damage check-in form
  • We ask you to sign the credit / debit card slip
  • We check that the credit card details match your card
  • We check your flight details with you
  • You leave your vehicle (including alarm/immobiliser keys) with us
  • We give you a parking ticket
  • Transport is provided for you to go to the airport

    1. What should the Customer do on return to the airport?
  • You ring the office to tell us you are ready and have cleared customs
  • We will then pick you up and transfer you to the car park
  • We will check the car over with you and provide you with the keys
